Tips:
1. Please ensure the Laptop has one of Thunderbolt 3/4, full-function USB C port (supports Displayport/ DP Alt mode), USB 4.0 to support multiple-display before purchase. If the USB C ports data transfer only, it does not support video/audio output. Please confirm which functions of USB-C port on your laptop supports. If you have doubts about this, contact us and tell us your laptop type, and we will check for you~
2. On Mac devices: CAN NOT support MST Display due to Mac OS limitation, only support Mirror Mode: AA,AAA,AAAA or Extend Mode : AB,ABB,ABBB. Not support A-B+C or A-B+C+D (which only support for windows laptop)
3. USB-C PD Charge: The USB-C port on the hub only supports charging currently. The hub doesn’t need to power up. For charging laptops or other extended devices, please plug the original charger of your devices into the type-c port on the hub. And please plug in the Laptop’s power adapter before connecting multiple display purpose.
4. 4K Resolution: The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices. Only when your devices support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K.
5. SD/Micro SD Card Reader: Data transfer rates are subject to the speed of the memory card.
6. May blackout for a few seconds (Extended Display Identification Data) when data transfer; Please be patient wait for the data completed, 1 minute at max, depends on Laptop and monitor.
