Upon receipt of our chip, please note the following instructions:
1. The BGA chip you bought from our company is high technology, accurate to the nanometer level.
2 For a small number of chips, they are exposed to air after they are removed from the packaging, so they may stick to some
Viscosity.
3. Therefore, in order to avoid quality problems, we recommend that you leave them in the baking chamber for at least 24 hours at 100℃-110℃.
4. When welding, ensure that the temperature of lead-free/lead-free BGA chip is 245℃ to 260℃ (maximum), with lead/lead-free
BGA chip is 180℃-205℃ (maximum).
5. The welding process is complicated. Welding/replacing chips must be performed by a skilled engineer.
6. Because BGA chips are fragile, complex and have many balls, any slight positioning error, or careless taper control, or incomplete cleaning
of the PCB board will result in inadequate or missed welding.
7. Missed welding. The chip will die.
8. Returns of parts that have already been used on the machine will not be accepted.
BGA chips are easily damaged by improper welding.There are three things you should consider before making a purchase:
1. Are you buying the right chips?
2. Do you have the proper equipment?
3. Do you have enough skills to weld chips?
