A: There is an adjustable switch on the back of the power supply. If the input voltage in your area is 110V, please turn the switch to 115V to use it. If the input voltage in your area is 220V, please turn the switch to 230V to use it. The factory default value of power input voltage is adjusted to 230V. (Please remember not to adjust it wrong, otherwise it will burn out the power supply).

This power supply is not programmable. The manual describes an rs232 interface which is optional but absent on this model, the port opening covered with a sticker. So this power supply is not programmable at all, look elsewhere if that’s what you need.

It is perfect. It came within 3 working days from Poland to Slovakia. Is even smaller than I thought, light, beeps by setting the output values. I tried just check voltage, it is quite precise (-0.05V by 15V), USB works independently from settings (atleast you can not turn it off by OUTPUT button), I tried short circuit, it shows red sign on display. For now I am satisfied.
