I got my phone yesterday. and I’m surprised to say it looks like the Samsung 24 Ultra. I’m waiting for my screen cover & phone covers I ordered so I can jazz it up. it looks just like the photo and it comes with ear buds. I’m so impressed.

The problem is this is not a s24 ultra this is a fake. I went to a retail store at best buy here in orlando. They showed me an s24 ultra this is not a real s24 ultra. I want my money back. Everything else seems to be okay so far i still haven’t received all my products i’m still waiting for it. The phone was supposed to be for valentine’s for my wife. She was real happy to get the phone. But i’m not happy that i have to tell her it was fake. I want my money back and i’m not asking you are sending me a fraudulent phone. Which is illegal i’m really surprised it went through customs somebody didn’t know what they were looking at.
