Item was supposed to be delivered 02/13/24 seller offered guaranteed delivery. There was no tracking info for the item at all. 02/13/24 came and went with still no tracking info. I opened a dispute, and I asked for a refund, I was told I was going to have to go to Post office and get proof I never received the package, which I didn’t understand because there was no tracking info. On February 16, 2024 I received my first form of tracking info on February 23, 2024 I received the package. The suit was great quality, I just felt like because it was a guaranteed delivery item they should have refunded my money because .they never even reached out to me, I reached out to them
