Exchange or Return of Goods
Customers can request a free return and refund for those products within 7 days of receiving their order.
In addition to mobile phones, underwear, food categories, and customized products, products priced over $1000 are not eligible for free returns.
Customers can go to local post offices to return unwanted products and receive their refund in three days. The processing time varies depending on the payment solution they used to buy the product.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
FAQs
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item(s). To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.
If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy "Free Return" on all items. If you return the item one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
A full refund will be given once Owaashopping has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund from Owaashopping.
